This Mental Health Awareness Week we wanted to remind colleagues of the support available:

Mental Health First Aiders

We have 17 Mental Health First Aiders across the business who are trained to provide initial support if you are experiencing a mental health issue. They can offer initial support through non-judgemental listening and guidance and can signpost you to additional support if required.

Contact one of our Mental Health First Aiders here if you require support. Please approach anyone you feel comfortable speaking to; it doesn't have to be someone in your own region.

Bravo Benefits

We encourage you to explore the resources available via Bravo Benefits:

Employee Assistance Programme – Confidential 24/7 support via freephone, SMS, online and secure email, plus a host of other useful resources.

MyMindPal – This fun, easy-to-use app offers you tailored exercises, tools and resources that can help you build your mental fitness.

Plus much more – From shopping discounts and eye test reimbursements to health insurance and financial wellbeing tools – there’s loads you could benefit from!

Register or sign in to your Bravo Benefits using your Pickerings email at home.bravologin.co.uk

Nominations for Q4 Above & Beyond awards are closing on Friday!

Has someone you work with delivered exceptional service to a client? Provided valued support to a colleague? Or exceeded expectations in other ways? Then why not give them the recognition they deserve by nominating them for an Above & Beyond award!

Every quarter, one engineer and one staff member is chosen as our Above & Beyond champions – winning some worthwhile prizes to go alongside the recognition from workmates and management.

Just like Alan, Andrew and Jack did as our Q3 awardees.

To nominate a colleague, simply complete this quick form: Above & Beyond Nomination Form

The deadline for nominations for this quarter closes on Friday 23rd January 2026, with awardees and runners-up announced shortly after.
