Every quarter, one engineer and one staff member is chosen as our Above & Beyond champions – winning some worthwhile prizes to go alongside the recognition from workmates and management.

The TRSG* would like to invite you all to complete an Employee Survey. This is to better understand how much initiatives and policies already in place are beneficial and support you in your job and what further we can do to keep you here and support you in your career.

It should take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete and can easily be done from your company smart ‘phone, tablet or PC / laptop. The survey is completely anonymous (via Microsoft Forms) so please answer freely.

The survey is open to all employees of Pickerings Lifts.
