The deadline for nominations for this quarter closes on 25th July, with awardees and runners-up announced shortly after.
Above & Beyond Nomination Criteria:
Nominees must have demonstrated or delivered exceptional customer service (internal or external customers), or gone above and beyond in the fields or personal behaviour, event or action which has significantly contributed to the efficiency and or effectiveness of the nominee or team. Details as follows;
Customer Service (internal or external customers) - nominee has demonstrated exceptional customer service going the extra mile or delivering within extreme or difficult environment or conditions.
Behaviour - the nominee has demonstrated an individual skill, behaviour or attitude in one of the areas of team working, personal resilience, technical / professional expertise, or an idea / innovation that has had created a significant contribution above and beyond the norm up to a team or another individual.
Event - when during a work event the nominees' contribution lead to significant contribution on improve profitability, customer relationships, efficiency or reputation of the team, region or business, above and beyond the norm.
Action - the nominees' actions have directly and significantly improved / influenced the working efficiencies or effectiveness of the team or business, above and beyond the norm.
