Mental Health First Aiders
We now have 17 Mental Health First Aiders across the business who are trained to provide initial support if you are experiencing a mental health issue.
They can offer initial support through non-judgemental listening and guidance and can signpost you to additional support if required (they are not trained to be therapists, psychiatrists or counsellors)
Please contact one of our Mental Health First Aiders if you require support. Please approach anyone you feel comfortable speaking to; it doesn't have to be someone in your own region.
