Well it is only 3 days away , I will be running a lot slower (28 - 29 mins) than normal this week after an evil cold and chest infection. For those who can make it meet outside the cafe by the pond at 8.45am this Saturday.
Plan is to walk over to the brunch venue cafe on Baker street to be there around 10.20am afterwards.
Good day runners, wannabe runners and wannabe brunchers.
Idea of this group is to join together once a month for a Saturday Parkrun then afterwards have a nice leisurely brunch together at a nearby decent food venue.
Starting with the Albert Parkrun at Middlesbrough on Saturday 10th February then setting a date for once a month meeting with plenty of notice of the date set.
This will enable a round of all the local parkruns to complete in the nine months to gain the full set here in Teesside and closeby.
This first run will followed by, in no particular order, by Flatts Lane parkrun Middlesbrough, Hartlepool parkrun, Northallerton parkrun, Redcar parkrun, Sedgefield parkrun, South Park parkrun Darlington, Stewart parkrun Middlesbrough and Wynyard Woodland near Thorpe Thewles.
Do your own pace, if you have never run ever I do recommend the couch to 5k app.
Steven Henderson from Head Office is setting up a Saturday Morning Social Running Group in the Middlesbrough/Stockton Area. Meet prior to run and relax brunch afterwards.

For those who are free and would like to join in even if just for cheering us along and food after the next one will be March 9th and over at Stewarts Park Middlesbrough. Food after at the café at Marton shops.
The month after will be the Redcar Parkrun on the 13th April , May will be Flatts Lane country Park date to be confirmed.
